Absolutely useless, no delivery of items ordered 3 weeks ago. No answering of e-mails questioning delivery date and when I ring the customer service receive an automated message and then have been cut off after 5 minutes numerous times. I'd give this lot a wide birth.
My order was placed on 3.1 and when the 26.1 arrived i have decided to track my shipment that was allegedly transported via DHL. I called the DHL customer service and asked about my shipment status, gave the, my tracking number and they told me the shipment does not exist. I double checked the mail and it was highly suspicious so I tried contacting Impericon. I could not find any contacts in their international website so i googled "Impericon contacts". It led me to a page with detailed contacts that did not exist in their original website and i tried to call the phone number given there and the number was fake. Be carefull of scams! Do not do the same mistake I did. Best of luck.

Took a month for my order to arrive in the UK but once I contacted the customer services they advised that brexit was the reason (and I believe them tbh because this had never happened before when I had ordered) I requested a refund of my P&P charge and they obliged
I never got my order and I've sent 3 emails requesting a refund and I'm getting no response. I spent a lot of money on just 2 shirts because I live in the US and shipping was expensive. I forgot my apartment number on my order and I went back and forth emailing them and UPS/USPS about my address change. I sent the correct address literally 3 times and then they just still tell me it cannot be delivered. How, when I literally sent an address change? I didn't pay through paypal either so it's not like I can open a case about it.
Ordered T-shirts to be delivered to Sweden. Got a message that they were delivered but no package was there. Customer support is non existent. Only reason I give two stars is because of previous orders that were good. Dont spend money here.

They didn't accept my cancelation nor contacted me when I sent them an email. It's taken way too long to get my shirt i tried to cancel and I live in the the states. I ordered an Entombed shirt from the Earache page on Bandcamp after this purchase and I've already received the shirt.
This company is a scam my partner ordered from these people 14 days ago had no deliveries so decided to call customer service today it's 0330 number which charges more was on the queue to be answered then they put the phone down on me 3 times my partner tried calling 4 times no answer the emails are copy and paste replies. I would give them no stars because this is a scam company. Its a shame that bands give them licensing for the merch.

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a item to be delivered. It hasn't even been handed over to the delivery company yet. I understand that things are a bit slower to arrive right now, but this is getting ridiculous.

Just an estimate that at least 90% of the bands we want merch from are from the US...Disagree? I’m American and paid $20USD for shipping from Germany and waited 2 MONTHS with no tracking info to get the merch, only to find out it’s printed on garbage GILDAN blanks. I see those from AUS even paying more... I don’t blame IMPERICON for offering this UNSUSTAINABLE business model. I blame the BANDS and LABELS who go into contract with them to make an extra few bucks. American BANDS/LABELS: please stop using this company. I get the hardcore/metalcore/whatever scene is big in Eastern Europe, but c’mon. There are plenty of high quality blanks made right here and companies to print. The only fans this current model serves well are in the EU, and it’s still a garbage product. This globalization bs needs to stop. It’s bad for the environment to ship product all over, and outsourcing jobs is bad for the small businesses in all of our countries.
